Description: Looking For an Angel... Dear Prospective Investor, There is a problem with rental property price where the payments for a mortgage is two or even three times lowers than the rent on the same or similar property. By leveraging a large amount of rental property at low interest rates or with Equity Investors or Angels our company can offer quality rental property for family housing and commercial sites for businesses on the local market place where we can make rental property more affordable and create new business in the area, growing the area where we are doing business will help boost the economy and bring more business in the area there by creating more opportunity for our growth. Most property management firms offer high rental and lease because they can; the want more of a margin because for them that means more initial profits; but most are also finance by traditional mortgages that are at high interest rates. Financing multiple locations through non-traditional means will give us the advantage with lower rental and lease prices thereby creating a unique market that our competitors will not be able to compete with. This will also keep our properties rented and leased with long term contracts and good quality people to choose from. I am a seasoned IT Tech with multiple office skills and the ability to organize this new venture, much of the organization can be handled by me and just a small team. Because of the nature of this new venture and the initial startup cost; I am unable to undertake this with my existing capacity as an IT Tech and already self-employed. This business just cannot grow anymore with just one person. I am looking for angel investors that would like to partner with me in a new venture. If you are available and would like to work together and be a part of this startup, please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you, David A. Sargent (URL removed)
