Description: We are a small design build development firm in California. We have been actively working and building in Baja Mexico but the market there is going no where. We are relocating our efforts to Ghana Africa where expats seem to be thriving in a progressive froward moving industry. Our intent is to continue to develop golf courses and housing in beach resort locations. We are seeking funds fro the initial land purchase and trade school associated with building teams qualified to build to our demanding specifications. We are interested in having a leading EIF manufacturer we 've beeen working wih the past 5 years start a plant there to ease the burden caused by the cement supply crisis. We are overqualified and overexperienced architects and engineers in the process of establishing a foothold in this market. We have had some sucess but can only do so much on our own without funding. There is profit to be made and we are already in play thanks to the educational and professional connections we have. We look forward to your response. Thank You David Rozier
