Jefferson Dev owns a property in Taunton Ma. The property is 45 acres with 500,000 of mill buildings. We intend to separate into three phases. First phase is 150 assisted living units, phase two is 120 residential apartments, phase three is remaining 200,000 s.f. of commercial rentals. We will be using Historic Tax Credits, New Market Funds and EB5 Funds. We are TEA certified for other grants or low income loans.
The initial $2m is to payoff our exitisting loan and finish permitting. The property currently is partially rented with income of $450,000 per year,
