It is AstrumIP’s goal is to become a leading provider phone service to small businesses in Ohio and surrounding states by utilizing VoIP digital phone technology. We intend to reach that goal by providing feature-rich, superior quality phone service at half the price of other carriers.
David C. McCarty is the founding member and President of AstrumIP. He brings 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry with vast knowledge of start-up and early development companies. His diverse experience in sales and operations executive management, combined with his proven ability in generating rapid sales growth in start-up telecommunications ventures are invaluable to the successful start-up of AstrumIP.
The AstrumIP VoIP phone service can best be described as a total telecommunications solution for small businesses. AstrumIP VoIP allows its customers to utilize their broadband internet connection to make and receive phone calls as well as send and receive fax documents.

The financial exit strategy would preferably be through acquisition by a public or private competitor. The company should be an attractive acquisition for a larger company contemplating the time and cost of competing against an established brand in a new or different market, and their ability to acquire an experienced and successful management and sales teams.
The company has a completed business plan that is available upon request.
