We are a company who design, construct own and operate Leisure Centres [called "Country Clubs"]. We believe that our "DNA" is sufficiently individual to compete with the best in the business. We have just been approached by a world renown Restaurant chain to form a JV to develope their restaurants within our Centres and to open stand alona restaurants throughout Europe.
We seek an Angel Investor to assist us to complete our first Country Club/Housing/Hotel (URL removed) have 2 major finance houses ready to put up the major investment funding but require bridge funding until we have completed that process and to keep the project moving forward.
We have up to 7 more sites ready to follow on. The "Angel Bridge Investor" would have the options of a standard loan agreement or an equity investment option.
