If there's one thing I've learned in business, its that the KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) mentality always wins. I'm looking to translate this ideal into a successful restaurant venture, capitalizing on the booming success of the small-menu mentality of In 'n' Out Burgers, the low-overhead concept of Subway franchises, and the timeless popularity of the bar and grill, a la Chili's, Applebee's, etc. In a world where we are constantly flooded with an endless array of choices, I plan to provide a shining beacon of simplicity and flavor and, of course, beer.
