Description:
Incident Ready, LLC has identified that first responder agencies have been losing the senior level experienced command officers through retirements and by being replaced with younger, well educated command officers who lack real life experience. Incident Ready, LLC has a cadre of seasoned and credentialed facilitators who have a desire to share their real-life experiences combined with proven technologies with the use of Environmental Tectonics Corporation (ETC) and the ability to simulate disaster management through their Advanced Disaster Management Simulator (ADMS).
Incident Ready, LLC is prepared to take ADMS to the next level by developing an immersed theater to various venues and training academies beginning in the New England and Florida. Incident Ready, LLC will take the immersed theater on the road with large screen projection and surround sound theatrics. Incident Ready, LLC will provide simulated training, training consulting and performance assessments for new command officers as well as emergency managers, facility managers and safety/security personnel in schools, educational campuses, seaport, airport, medical facilities and wildland fires.
