Our plan is to purchase 2-3 properties per month and start to market them as soon as we receive acquisition of the properties. Each deal should be within a 4-5 month time frame. We need either a line of credit through our corporation at zero coupon or a Financial backer / Partner. The financial partner will hold title until the property is liquidated at which time we will share net profits as per financial agreement to be determined.
