Target Markets and Objectives: The Company plans to increase market share and enhance its brand by developing new product lines to access certain Direct to Consumer and Multilevel Marketing merchants as well as starting an international e-commerce website. Leisureworks has created a moderately priced version of its products for the a Direct to Consumer television merchant that reaches more than 94 million US homes. Leisureworks believes that this version of its ‘5-star hotel robe’ could be a best-seller and open the door for other branded products to be sold on the Direct to Consumer television platform. Leisureworks is currently in product development talks with an international multilevel marketing company to distribute a version of its luxury robes through their product catalogue. Leisureworks plans to create two interactive e-commerce websites where its products will be accessible to both wholesale and retail customers internationally. The first site will be dedicated to the Company’s wholesale customer base and will allow the Company to attract new corporate customers worldwide. The website will offer a product personalization option, generate automatic bulk discounts and alert Vencor’s sales department to schedule personal contact when certain purchase milestones are reached. The second website will service individual retail consumers and will also offer a product personalization option. The retail website will be first to launch.
