Our company G and G investments and marketing LLC was established this year in Portland OR. My fiancee and I have relocated to Phoenix in order to take advantage of the real estate market here in AZ. She is in class not for her real estate license. We have joined forces with a husband and wife team in Phoenix that has been buying single family homes in Phoenix since 2002.
Bob and Brenda are buying single family homes from the banks at 50% to 55% ltv
and we would love to form a JV partnership with interested cash investors and take advantage of the banks over abundance of reos.
