Description:
We are a limited partnership set up to purchase exisiting and developing vineyards for production of wine in the Okanagan Valley. We have management in place as well as sales programs for Canada, the US and abroad. Limited partners hold first position on the real estate and 90% of all proceeds go to land purchase, and asset procurement (juice and grapes). We already have a production facilty so no construction is required.
