We have done about 9 home this yrs with a friend of mine as he was funding, we are now ready to do it ourselves and my wife will have her Florida real-estate license in about three weeks, I will handle the inspections remodeling and completions of the flips and our proccess from the time we buy to the time we sell is approx. 3 months with at least a 30% turnaround. The goal is to keep moving as of right now we can only do one at a time so I sit around waiting for the one to sell for 1 to 2 months when i could be working on another one and moving it down the line. This will turn into a multi milion dollar business fast!!
