We are looking to build a profitable, high class restaurant group. We want to focus on local, impeccably famed, wild, sustainable ingredients and highlight them in our own way. We want to make the most money possible by not solely focusing on restaurants, but incorporate a micro brewery that supplies all of our restaurants, eliminating the cost of sourcing beers. We also want to do focused shops such as butcheries, ice cream and pastries, and breakfast restaurants.
Our main goal will be expert execution, and drilling the details while maintaining a cost effective approach, and of course we are in the business of making money.
Our standard will remain high, and we will do everything in our power to maintain that fact, and always search for progress and new creative ideas.
