We are a newly formed Company, whose sole purpose is to enter into the lucrative business of the sale of new homes to satisfy the ever-increasing demand in this market. A deal has been negotiated enabling us to purchase new-build homes at prices discounted up to 30% below the intended sale value. The deal is to buy properties from some of the largest housing developers in the country. The properties we aim to purchase would be part of larger developments of up to 200 units per site, all built to the same exacting standards that are required for a modern up-to-date property. Following our purchase of the units, they would be immediately placed on to the market, at a discounted price, along with the remainder of the site units.
