Description:
I have done carpentry, electrical and plumbing for 20 years, as a 'hobby'. I started my own company 2 years ago to slowly move from my office job to a job i enjoy. Despite the boom in flipping, I still feel that there is a huge potential out there to make money at it. I would act as site manager and do pretty much everything on my own, resulting in the largest amount of profit. Right now, I do odd jobs for a Property Management company as a sub-contractor.
