Description:
The company would assist the massive target market of small account investors and current non-investors throughout the US with a method rarely used by financial institutions or independent advisors or advisory firms. With years of investing experience and work experience in the industry, we know that there is a large niche that is not being filled within a certain parameter of the investing and non-investing public. We believe that we have a method to service such quantity in an extremely cost effective way, with an extremely high quality product. This target market is often ignored because of traditional business models and is seeking change due to multiple factors. This sector of the population has jobs and families and either does not have the time to perform these tasks we will provide, or are unaware of many beneficial investment choices or financial planning vehicles avalilable to them. Our overhead is minimal. Our research regarding marketing, legal, compliance, set up, and demand is thorough and compelling. The cash flow is very solid with conservative assumptions on marketing costs versus conversion rate and product pricing. Investors can expect to be paid a rate of 20% annualized on any invested capital. The company would have the right to return a predetermined amount of capital per year if it so chooses. Monthly payments to investors on capital and interest are included in the monthly expenses. At a conversion rate of 2.5% the company is profitable and building working capital. We would consider selling 15%-20% of shares to obtain capital. Total loss risk is minimal, maintaing and slow growth is likely, and acheiving high growth and substantial size is certainly possible. The company is lookig for $150K-$250K. Operations would begin within 90 days of funding. Sarlaries limited to a minimal. Initally 2 employees, 5 board members.
