Description: MAGNE GENERATOR LLC is pioneering a revolutionary breakthrough in the renewable energy industry and will increase power generating capability. A Brief History Magne Generator LLC was formed with the intent, to provide consumers with an affordable method to reduce their energy cost, increase their power generating capability, and pioneer breakthroughs in the renewable energy industry. Magne Generator filed articles of organization on January 26, 2006. The Company has since been operating as a virtual organization, and the principles are conducting business from home-based offices while researching and developing innovative products. As the initial products were researched, management determined three markets that their new technologies could be applied to, the wind generated electricity market with the Company’s “Fan Turbine Generator ™”, the electric and hybrid vehicle industry with the Company’s “Wheel Turbine Generator ™”, and the third as an energy saving device that could be implemented on industrial cooling units. Although, initial R&D was focused on a ring generator to be used in conjunction with existing Wind Turbines, in January, 2009 management discovered during research of the “Fan Turbine Generator ™” that the technology showed great promise as a “Wheel Turbine Generator ™” with a “frictionless” regenerative brake system. Magne Generator’s innovation is elegant in its simplicity. The component technologies have existed for over 100 years. However, these have not been applied previously, as they are in a unique design created by Magne Generator LLC. As the Company moved forward, in addition to its efforts to review and develop the technology, management sought also to begin outlining the market need. The Arizona Department of Commerce awarded Magne Generator LLC two grants, one for grant writing support, and the second for a market assessment. The market assessment, conducted by Dr. Phyl Speser, JD/PhD of Foresight Science & Technology, indicated that the growth in the market for electric and hybrid vehicles does support room for technologies that improve energy efficiency while also cautioning about the difficult to project impact of cost considerations. The Company also became a qualified business in the Arizona Angel Investor Tax Credit program. The Company has continued to complete market research and further refine its technology aiming at the vehicle market. The Company in its efforts to reach this market efficiently has decided to approach its own future as a technology development and licensing Company and is now entering the capital formation and other resource development phase. We are confident in our product primarily because it will produce energy which is clean and green. With the price of natural gas soaring along with other traditional resources, such as coal, hydroelectric, and nuclear energy, our product will lessen the draw on these resources. Consider all the energy challenges all nations face depending on fossil fuels, and the constant need to increase the availability of power as populations grow.
