We are an Insurtech company and have created a disruptive agency management platform designed to replace antiquated and expensive agency management systems used by insurance agents and brokers. The core platform is complete and ready to go, but we need to ramp up an infrastructure for sales/marketing/support etc. This is a recurring revenue SaaS model and has the ability to generate multi-million dollars in revenue. The two competitors that control the market both sold recently for $5.6 billion and $ 2.6 billion.
We have spent $4 million to date to create the platform. We have agencies up and using the platform so it has had a good test in the real world.
