Bought an option on land for 4.8 million and have recently contracted to sell with a National builder for 8.75 million to close in around 5 months. 36 acres for 72 half acre lots in prime Lemont, Illinois. The spread is about 4 million. Looking for original acqusition cost plus small juice. We will pay 1 million dollars plus principal back to investor. No risk, collateral is in the land. I just don't have the money to do this project at the moment. Simple, Simple no risk land deal already sold to builder.
