Licensed Regulated Medical Waste processing company, with state and city permits "in hand" to sterilize 88,000Lbs per annual daily average. This is technically a "start-up", although the group has many years in the medical waste field. Having these permits "in hand" should confirm to anyone our capabilities. Curently there is over 1.7 million dollars "out of pocket" expensed in permits and some in support equipment. Funding from other sorces that comitted to backing us turned out to be non existent, as they did not really have any money. We are looking for another 3.5 million. We can sell equity in smaller amounts but would prefer only a couple more members to be added to the group. We would entertain a combination "loan and equity deal" if the terms are fair.
