AxissComm is a start-up company based in Louisville, Kentucky, founded by David Bloom. The initial and primary market is the Investor-Owned-Utility industry (IOU) with an intelligent bridge product called MeterPod™. MeterPod will read remote meters and transmit the data through its cellular modem to a central source.
