I would like to seek ways to reach agreements with landlords to allow for renters to access their roofs and create green spaces on them. I would seek to create common spaces on roofs among buildings of the same height; many brownstones are 4-5 stories tall, but their roofs are not inter-accessible. Possibilities exist for creating roof membership benefits, and with often 10-20 buildings of the height in a row, the idea should be scalable.
