In 2010 MODS will release an release a safe haven to be placed in every classroom that will allow the entire class protection from storm debris and gunfire. We also have another product which is secure panels for classrooms that provides a bulletproof barrier around the classroom or desk cubicles. It provides a diminished view of students in a classroom allowing the students to hide from intruders or terrorists. We have annual sales of $7 million and anticipate our sales to reach $25 million in 2010. We are seeking $10 million investment for equity participation.
