Description:
The Sandbar and 4 retail spaces - This will be located on the "already hot" Folly Road located in Charleston, SC. The whole property is 5.7 acres. The space will be turned into (4) 2,000 sq. ft. retail spaces, one being a ABC (liquor) store. The area we are mainly concerned with is the other portion of the property where we have plans for a 3 1/2 acre island themed restaurant/bar/saltwater pool/sand volleyball/covered music and entertainment pavilion. We are working with 3 investors but may be interested in working with different investors. Please contact me with interest and more details.
