This company will STOP FORCLOSURE! HOW? Thats were my business comes in. We negoitate with the banks to buy the mortgages of people who are in danger of foreclosure. Lets say a home owner has a 400,000 mortgage. As you know property values have gone down significantly. With your investment we buy that mortgage for a fraction of the price, say 250,000. We now own the home. However, you allow the homeowners to stay in the house and pay that mortgage (significantly reduced which should help the homeowner). The house really belongs to us and the homeowner has the option to purchase the home back from us within 5 years(by then I am assuming that property values will begin to increase. If they choose not to buy the home its ours and we can still sell the home at a profit. It is a win, win, win situation for everyone involved. We not only make a profit, but we get people back on their feet. All I need is the money to pay off the banks on these loans. I am looking for people with cash because in this economy cash is King.
