I buy and retain investment properties for income, appreciation and tax shelter. I currently have many homes but find it more and more difficult to deal with the mortgage and credit industries. These particular operations have been established since 1981 with records and collateral for verification. I am willing to pay from 4% to 6% on an escalating basis for initial and future loans of this type. To keep it simple, I am willing to pay a start rate of $4000 a month on a $1,000,000 initial setup with a $50,000 or better principal reduction to start in the second year for a period ranging between 15 to 20 years.
