Description: I have a friend who wants to sell his Industrial Supply business to me. The company has been in business for twenty years and he wants to slow down a bit. His business grosses close to $1 Mil, and the start-up business that I am in now would bring instant equity/return on investment. I have been in the Distributor industry myself about 18 years.
