I will keep this as short as I can. I plan to open purchase a whole city block or blocks and refurbish the entire neighborhood and resell the property via seller financing. This way to exclude waiting for a bank to finance the buyer. I am not closed to accepting a full price purchase however funded. Since we will be purchasing the entire neighborhood I want to open a Property Management company and set the entire neighborhood in a Homeowners Association. That Association will attract Home Owners by providing services such as Landscaping, Security, Telephone/Cellular Service, Cable/Satellite Service, Water, Health Care, Child Care, Insurance for home, vehicle, and life, and much more all to be included in the maintenance fee. We will see a eternal cash flow by the financing and by the maintenance. There is much more that can be discussed if interested.
