We are a boutique specialty beer bar, focusing on a small group of rotating rare/specialty barleywine beers and a larger selection of bottled beer. We also provide a small selection of both red and white wines that pair well with our select cheese plate menu. The concept is focused and clear allowing our patrons to chose from a menu that is simmple yet comprehensive enough to accommodate all tastes.
We are seeking funding to get this project/concept started either in Manhattan or Brooklyn. Being that is a boutique concept, we will need no more than 100k for start-up funds, and investors will see a return within the first year, and generous profits in the following years.
We anticipate to level off at approximately 1 million in gross sales annually by the end of the 4th year.
