Description: I would like to purchase a local pet store located in Parma, Ohio. The business is still owned by the founder who opened it in 1966. He has been in business for 41 years and is looking to retire. It would be a loss to the community and industry if it were to close. The pet store specializes in reptiles and is the only one of its kind in Northeast Ohio. Thus, I would like to buy it from him so the loyal, local consumers in Northeast Ohio still have "their" pet store. I am looking for someone to invest/loan $350,000.
