We build and develop commercial properties. At this point we have everything we need including city approval for our project. We also are waiting on funding of 10,500,000.00 and are short of money. We lack about 95,000.00 to give to the draftsman to finish the plans. Money that is needed is for a short period of time, that is to say for the maximum amount of time is 3 months.
