I am looking for active participation and funding to put a product team together.
I think a commercial business application is appropriate for the audience rather than the utilities I own.
The (broacdast/internet) service billing app has the best potential over 5 years. This requires an agile team (of 5) with multiple language skills. I would commit to using web assembly backed by C# (maybe C++) but will be using RUST myself.
There are very few ways to do this efficiently without issues with bugs. It is a port (rewrite) of a successful 90's client/server product to the (URL removed) K-Bil Subscriber Billing System. This requires a team but importantly some deep pockets to take it to market (or sell it.)
Given $500K is a popular upward budget limit here, you could structure this using a team of two full stack developers, a project manager and myself but I think that is problematic.
I am retired but doing other development. As of 2021:
1) Matt Taylor Disk Optimizer Library.
2) Windows Shortcut Repair Utility.
3) Ongoing research on AI. Currently at Crosscutting utility library selection.
Language (RUST). Platform: Any.
The first is ready for publishing but I have no time to support it at this time. Beta testers are welcome though.
