Description:
I'm World Famous Dave Ensign and I'm currently seeking funding for my exciting new attraction "Westward HO!e in One" here in Central Florida. It's an attraction that will fill a much needed gap in tourism which hit 68 Million visitors last year.
I'm in my 33rd year as a theme park Designer, Fabricator, and Project Manager with work at Disney, Universal, Rainforest Cafe and every themed entertainment venue from here to Dubai.
I'm taking the concept of "Adventure Golf" to the next level. "Westward HO!e in One" will be the first of its kind and will boasts, not 2, but 8 FAT revenue streams on 9 acres of land. A complete experience of excellent quality projected to gross $500,000 a month in its first year of operation. I'm seeking a total amount of 12-25 Million dollars.
Option One: I'd also consider a partnership with anyone willing to bring 5 Million to the table. I have a major lender in place who will immediately fund 20 Million on top of that. 50% of the take forever, and you can be as active as you like. Google Westward Hole in One.
Option Two: Debt loan.
