I seek to build a very logical duplex
with one side being a 1,500 sq. ft.
home for an aging parent designed to facilitate through the wheelchair stage
with total design for the aging parent,
a two car garage in between, and a 1,500 sq. ft. home for the adult child caregiver.
Parent could contribute equity with the duplex in the adult child's name on the tax rolls. When the parent passes, the adult child has a large real estate asset to sell to a high demand market then build or purchase a dream home of their own.
Business format will be a LLC with me as
general partner.
