Our company does a wide variety of things based on each individual real estate situation. We buy a lot of distressed properties in the Houston area that need work, as well as the nicer homes from people who don't want to deal with paying hefty commissions to a broker/agent. We typically make an offer to the homeowner within a 48 hour period and close on their timeline. There are also many other benefits to working with us such as; we negotiate with a homeowner's creditor(s) reducing the amount of the debt owed 10 to 50 cents on the dollar, we assist the homeowner in their move to another location insuring that the move is a pleasant one, and we help the homeowner who is foreclosure start rebuilding their credit by selling them one of our homes on a rent to own agreement in order that they get back on their feet while realizing the pride of ownership.
