In the planning stages, my company intends on capitalizing on a shrinking market of cross-border transportation service providers. Critical barriers are human capital, technology, and compliance to ever-changing international security regulations. Many companies have chosen to restrict cross border travel.
The business model I intend to implement is an owner-operator/sub-contractor based transportation service. This minimizes the large capital investment requirement in rolling stock.
