Myself (Darryl) and Mark are 2 serious individuals that currently work in the restaurant business we are looking to build our future in real estate investments. We have a team of professionals from Realtors, Contractors, Property Managers and seeking a legal team for the fine print on the contracts to keep our business running smoothly with no liabilities.
We need to receive capitol monies in order to grow our business. Our goal is to turn houses into homes one at a time depending demographic location and market we will either flip the home into profit thus generating more cash flow or keep the home as a rental for future return on the investment.
We both know everyone is looking to make a fast buck and get out but our Vision Statement is to build a growing profitable real estate company in which provides the highest standards of quality, and value in homes for every and all people.
