Virtual Sports will be an interactive fitness complex catered to adolescents and teenagers. The facility will be situated in the heart of Gwinnett County, just off of I-85. Gwinnett County is the one of the fastest growing counties in the South due to its diverse communities, cost of living and good schools. Numerous elementary and high schools have been built to accommodate the overcrowding of existing schools. Currently there are no other youth facilities equipped with a comparable exercise program that Virtual Sports will provide. This business plan will be used to define the scope of our services, as well as a mean of obtaining the necessary funding required to open the facility. It will also be used on a continual basis in the evaluation of Virtual Sports mission, goals, and objectives.
The key to success for Virtual Sports will be our ability to market effectively, creating an unparalleled “cool” experience for everyone under the age of 18. Another key to our success will be hiring energetic and customer friendly staff to aid in the training and utilization of the equipment.
