Description:
an existing successful night club located in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angles County. The club is beautiful, does a great business, is currently only open 3 nights a week, is fully staffed. We wouldn't want to change a thing about the way it is currently being run except to be open more nights a week and serve more food. The current owner is older, not in the best of health and wants to retire.
