Club Therapy promises to be one of, if not, the hottest nightclub in the Metro Atlanta area. We have researched the area where we will be located and the outlook is more than promising for us and an investor(s). Our proposal is astoundind and promises to deliver. The numbers we will do were based on actual numbers from other establishments in the city. Even at a minimum, we can surpass all projections. We are looking for funding in the amount of $500k which we will pay back within less than 2 years with a profit to our investor of $250k. That is better than a 40% return. Normally, venture capitalist asks for a 30% return on their money. We are that confident in our proposal!
