House Chat Monkeys was designed from our own frustration getting started in the real estate industry. While we were strong on service during and after the transaction we were not good prospectors.
In response we are building a new web site and back-end infrastructure.
Our software is designed with one goal: dissolving the barrier that separates Realtors from clients. We attack the barrier on three fronts.
First, contacting a live Realtor is as simple as typing a question on the search page. No registration stands in the way. They just ask.
Second, contact with the Realtor is immediate. The prospect just keeps
surfing, while the Realtor's picture and personal reply shows up in the browser, initiating a "chat" session.
