Description: We are a real estate marketing company with a successful syndicated radio talk show on 97.1 Free FM in Southern California, broadcasting throughout California, and expanding in to Oregon and Washington in June 2008, and in 28 additional markets throughout the US by the end of the first quarter of 2009. We are Certified Mortgage Planners, providing real estate financing in all 50 states, real estate investment opportunities out of California, and are currently developing a California only real estate investment division. We are redeveloping our web presence using Organic-Media utilizing the latest in Web 2.0 marketing, and creating an online community through our site that is the precursor to an online real estate investment club. This online REIC will have monthly membership fees and tons of quality education. We also have annual, bi-annual, and monthly seminars and expos, all of which have been successful and profitable. We have been in business for over two years, having over a million dollars in cost, and we have been profitable since month 3. We have a credit restoration division, a network of real estate professionals, and a current active investor database of over 4,100. We are looking for $100,000 initially with a $500,000 max, to fund our education program, and our California Only real estate investing program.
