Description: My company, Subculture Interactive, Inc. is the owner and developer of an enterprise marketing platform called “Ehab”. Ehab was created to automate the end-to-end process of creating, managing, distribution and tracking cross-platform rich media content, apps, microsites & widgets. We’ve had a 16 month beta and in that time our clients have included RED Distribution (Sony Music), Puma, Adidas, Kia, Fox Mobile, Ingrooves/UMG, Disney and others. Along the way we’ve made some incredible breakthroughs and have just launched a JV based on the Ehab technology together with Music Research Consultants, Inc. (the recognized innovator and leader in music market research). We have a distribution deal with a NASDAQ company and believe strongly what we’re developing will disrupt the way people discover new music (and eventually all forms of content). Our initial audience will contain 7 million members – with expansion to 40 million from this first distribution partner alone. The technology will also be able to crossover to the video, graphic design, advertising and photography markets. Our sales channels and revenue model for the JV are already well-established. We are automating and creating efficiencies in an existing process – which allows a significant lowering of the price and broadening of the market. We are in the midst of assembling an all-star board and advisory board that includes pioneers and ex-CEOs from major labels, publishing, technology, media and marketing. We’re seeking $500,000 in seed capital to launch the JV. Investors will be paid 140% of their initial investment as a preferred return; we think within 24 months. In addition, the $500K buys 25% of the outstanding units of the LLC…(URL removed)ting the valuation at a $2M pre-money valuation. We think this $500K will take the company to profitability. Our goal is to sell within 2-3 years for $20M or more (a projected 10x return to investors).
