I reached my 2 year mark! I created an elegant, "no smoking" piano bar, featuring local single and duo musicians. I have a unique niche in my city of Houma, Louisiana. I was awarded for the second straight year, the reader's choice award for best bar/nite club, by my local newspaper. I made sales of over $315,000 my first full year(2012). I am on track to reach over $350,000 this year. I am starting year 3 after this weekend.
What I am looking for is to free up some working capital right now. I am working hard and enjoying success but the loan companies are enjoying all of my profits. I am looking for an investment of $40K-$50K to free up my working capital that is currently going to 2 high interest loans. The loans together total about $40K and I pay $8K/month on them. I have about 5 months left on them, but would like to free up the $8K/month now so I can expand and improve my business.
