We are a group of legal and accounting professionals that have pulled resources and contacts to form a Strategic Business Development Center.
Within the Finance Division, our company provides management oversight, financial analysis, SBA financing in addition to EB-5 assistance.
Within the Service Division, our company has a business incubator program, back-office support along with coporate record updates and protection.
Within the Transaction Division, our company provides business broker services as well as family transfers.
We currently have a pipeline in excess of $85,000,000 of transactions (our fees would be aproximately 3%), however we are desperately in need of infrastructure. Our current funding source has had to reallocate sources due to market conditions and has delayed our funding beyond a point we feel comfortable.
