Brighten Group Asia Limited (herein called "BGA" - a Hong Kong registered holding company) was recently established to merge and or take over Brighten Engineering Co Ltd (herein called "BEC" - a Taiwan registered company) in preparation for a public listing in the USA (OTC-BB) or the UK (Plus).
