relationships, up and down the supply chain. By focusing on what is relevant to the end customer along with the type of experience they are wanting to deliver, we are able to make better and more appropriate recommendations. Therefore we are no longer "selling" but instead are assisting the customer with their "buying" decisions. A huge distinction and one that is both refreshing and greatly appreciated.
