Description: My business utilizes my experience of developing, building and managing apartments, office buildings and hotels. Today's opportunity is purchasing older Holiday Inns and H iltons that are losing their franchise do to their inability to secure financing fo the pip improvement requirements that cost millions. The hotel will be remodeled as needed with dual level service with standard hotel rooms continued plus at guests choice all inclusive rooms with private lounge serving top-shelf cocktails and appretizers for six hours every evening by a bartender all included in the room rate. This service has been in operation for twenty-eight years grossing over $40,000 per year per room. On week days 85% selecting this update pay with their corporate credit card proving it is desired by the commercial traveler.
