Description: I have a private group of 1000 members. We love to get together on a regular basis but my 7 bedroom home has become inadequate and many members would like a more regular opportunity weekly to enjoy each others time. I would love to own and operate a location that I can make available to my group and future members where I would charge a yearly membership as well as a daily usage fee of our private club. There would be no need of a business license or a liquor license as I have already hired the same attorney as one of the other major private club owners here in the state of Ga called TrapezeClub. I would need your assistance in renovating the location and providing a great environment that would make our members want to spend most of their free time relaxing with other liked minded individuals in a professional and clean environment. I already have an ideal location picked out and builders in mind. All I need is a financial backer. There is little to no risk with this business as long as I dont exceed max capacity. Club Trapeze cleared $2 million from membership fees and daily usage feesfor 2007.
