De La SouL established in 1991 by Gail Dixon. She started the business as a single proprietorship 20yrs ago. Working in the industry and studying Restaurant/Hotel Hospitality, becoming a Culinary Chef. There have been many business changes, as to expansion of locations and serving different localities. The restructing with the addition of professionally trained experts to the staff, has enhanced the security of success.
The purpose of entertaining the Oakland area in bringing our business to Oakland, is the diverse cultures and we feel that the climate and with our expertise in the business, we will add to Oakland's already in place ambience.
We progressed in launching a location in New Orleans, which was very profitable. In the light of hurricane Katrina, that unit no longer exists.
